Oh my goodness, he stabbed that one woman to death with a flat-head screwdriver? He was a monster. He hated women with beauty, independence and brains. I am so glad he is no longer on this earth.
There's another tv show called Obsession where a female victim named Collette Dwyyer tells her story of being stalked by Lee and that she suspected he was the serial killer. She realized it when she recognized the car description on tv, which he bought to impress her. She called 911 to report but they ignored her because they were looking for a white man. She wasn't taken seriously until much later when the detective found her report and apologized for the long wait. Wow this is one of the most horrific serial killers cases I have come across because he attacked, raped and killed his victims in their own homes and the brutality of his crimes. I'm so glad he was caught and he never will hurt anyone else again. Rest in peace to the victims and my condolences to the victims families.
Sounds like a whole chain of “missed opportunities”, that allowed the killings to go on. Why wasn’t this monster Derek with a criminal record swabbed for DNA right away, once he became a suspect, while hundreds of white men driving white trucks were just because?? Am l missing something?
Not so low IQ or Lee would not gave been able to successfully murder so many women with premeditation. Only gave him pity as a youngster to get by with what others gad to comply with becaue Lee was 'special needs'. Even special needs must not be excused from obeying rules/the law.
