Life updates and stories
I don’t do the traditional thanksgiving I’m having a roast
First of all, I want to say that I hope your mother in law has good results and recovers from her surgery very quickly. I also hope that James feels better soon. I'm so glad that you had a great vacation. Myself and hubby were there for New Year's week in 2018. It was absolutely gorgeous and relaxing and we also went on a whale watching tour. Canadians do celebrate Thanksgiving also, but it's in October. And I don't think it's for the same reason as the US. I'm not one much for daily updates because I don't get the time to watch them all and I get stressed if I can't watch them all because I'm afraid I'm missing something lol. And I can't wait for the event to start and I know it's going to be a great one.
Take care of you and James. Tell him we need more of his stories. Peace and love abide with you 💕
I can relate to the sea sick, we went from Key West to the dry tortugas . Did alright on trip over, 40 ft swells on the catamaran going back. Me and d a nice lady named Loretta shared a trash bag, I will always be greatfull to her.

As a fellow multi-crafter (honey do 2 at a time and save yourself the second sock syndrome 💗💗💗) I don’t have a lot of spare time especially around the holidays because work, life, family, etc. However, I love your tutorials, live wip-n-chats, and Grimm’s! Definitely not someone who wants a daily update (also seems like a lot of work for the creators!) Aside from answering your questions, I have one for you honey. What can we do to help support you and cheer you up? Seems like maybe you need some 💞💞💞 too. You’re phenomenal in every way Rachel! 🤗🤗🤗
Would love to see more time lapse videos, maybe can voice over a few ❤️ I also would love more storytimes (A story you want to read, or maybe a story of how you and James met, or something like that) I also love true crime (maybe an idea of what to talk about, if you are comfortable with them)

I hope James is better real soon. I hate when my husband gets sick. I am always on edge when he does because he very seldom is sick. When he does get sick he makes up for lost time. You said you know what Thanksgiving really means. I would love for you to explain it. I dont want to upset anyone but I would love to know what you have learned.

I also do 2, sometimes 3 things at the same time. But it’s not because I think I’m otherwise not maximising my life, but because I find it very difficult to do just one thing at a time. But then again I have ADHD, so maybe that is the reason 😂

I’m working on my very first diamond painting. It’s a custom piece for a friend that is based on a picture I uploaded to Ever Moment.
I wanted a lot of detail, so I ordered a larger size-about 24” x 32” and 76,800 square diamonds… a lot to take on for an old guy that has never done this before.
But thanks to your channel, and a couple of others, I think I got off on a solid footing. I’ll probably finish up this week, with plenty of time to get it framed and matted for Christmas.
One question though, I’m concerned about the weight of the finished picture and wonder if I should forego glass in favor of acrylic or no covering at all? I plan to seal the picture with DecoArt Triple Thick glaze.
