  3. Who the hell doesn't put green pepper in chili?!? That's almost as blasphemous as saying beans go belong in chili.

    But chili is pretty democratic, you can make it how you like it. But if you aren't putting beans in it, then you are wrong… Just sayin'. ^-^

  21. I"ll confess something. I stopped watching you, after watching one vlog you did, when you made Monty swim while you paddled the canoe. You're going to drown your dog, especially since you didn't exactly keep your eyes on Monty, the whole time. Drownings happen in a millisecond. I didn't want to complain to you, because i KNOW.. you love your dogs. I know that. I like you, and your woman, and your doggos.. everything you do. Except for that one piece. I don't usually let one thing bother me, about people, like that. But it does, so I'm starting to honor the things about my own ethics, even if others don't honor it. I got to. So that's why. Not that you would have noticed my absence lol. Not saying that either, this is all me, trying to explain why I"m going to give you my concern. When you allow Monty, OR Reuger, into the water, their fur increases their load exponentially. Please put them in lifejackets if you're going to make them do that. Like an 1800's female, with her big hoop skirts and thousand layers.. she sank like a stone, if she ever fell into water over her head. The same applies to your doggos. Anyway, please consider. I"ve missed your vlogs, tho, so I"m back. Just wanted to say. xo

  25. dog nerd and trainer here- you should bring a chew bone for Rueger! Whether it be a Nylon bone or (safe) antlers/hooves etc, I definitely think it would help deter him from munchin on sticks 🙂

  26. In my many decades of experience with dogs, if you are eating, they want to be eating. Even if they are full already. Which is why my family always fed the dogs after we ate. Plus, that meant the dogs got leftovers. A little bit of baked potato or some meat drippings always made the dry food much more palatable. Plus, it smelled like what the family was eating, and dogs think of you as their pack.

  28. Feel really bad for Rugers. He is so loyal and is sitting there watching Posa. Yet Posa will not allow him on bigger future trips. Because he eats sticks? I have always loved this channel but I hate how Ruger gets the bad end of the stick (no pun intended). Posa even said that Monte is slowing down and is still finding a way to get him on trips but not Ruger. I’m more disappointed with more of his videos. It’s not fair.

  44. Glad you didn’t forget anything on this trip! You need a permanent checklist posted in the garage for each trip scenario. But I guess that would take some of the fun away! Happy New Year!
