I totally agree with you, I am an SS user, I love to play with almost all versions, but it does not make sense that the states only apply to you when you unsheathe the sword, as you say in the video, if you don't carry a sword, that's fine , I totally agree that the shield stats are not added, but when you're wearing it and want to use a weapon that depends on another stat … that sucks.
Yea I don't understand why if the shield is paired with a sword in the slot, the stats can't be unlocked. Seems like a weird coding that is easy to fix here. Like it should be an easy on/off switch involving "if sword is equipped, and shield is equipped, unlock all stats".
SnS coolest weapon in the game. So just for information : The devs are aware of the issues you point out and have said they will fix it "sometime". We just have to wait. Looking forward to your next video!
