If Gonzalez & Jack Jones is on the outside & Marcus Jones is at slot CB. Why not shift Johnathan Jones to Devin McCourty’s High Safety role?
So do you think Boutte is getting redshirted too?
Vets with injuries, inconsistent younger players–no odd men out.
No odd men. They're all even now.
Ever heard of the Kingda Ka rollercoaster in New Jersey? It's one of the tallest & fastest coasters in the world but it's always shut down for maintenance. That's Tyquan Thornton 😅
The Boston media is OBLIVIOUS to the FACT that Bourne's ability to catch the ball and make yards with it is VASTLY superior to Hopkins' ability. LOLOLOL
Phil, I agree that WR Kendrick Bourne is more likely to be gone if the Patriots sign DeAndre Hopkins. Everyone seems to think DeVante Parker is cut first if Hopkins signs. I think it's Bourne.
Here's the thing with Mac Jones, can he be as good as Eli Manning? If so, the Pats could win a Super Bowl with him and a great & opportunistic defense!
Nick folk can’t kick the ball over 40 yards for chrissakes, let him retire
Phil definitely has the best perspective and great presentation! Love the podcast! I think Phil and Alex Barth would make a hell of a pair. Alex giving very dramatic perspectives and Phil reeling him in lol I do have a feeling they disagree a lot lol the new undisputed show
I just hope d hop can help some of the young guys develop I'm thinking just watching him on a day to day can help
trent lazy,,,,,,
id love to see single back with back to motion out ,,,,when sign D HOP,,,,,THIS WILL BE MONEY
I love how every player in the NFL is "first player in, last player to leave"
In not even mad at trent brown, what did we expect when we screwed him out of 10+ million?
name another with job where you can take 10 mil from an employee and they keep working with the same attitude.
honestly we're lucky he's not holding out
more of the consequences of bills poor managment and people skills
Phil just reaffirming what anyone with eyes, a brain and who follows people that actually KNOW something about football have been saying: Mac is considerably better than Zappe. Duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
stock down Trent brown is his new nickname
Give DHOP 14 million with 6 more in incentives and let him sleep with Jduon wife since Judon wants him here too.. case closed. (what ya'll looking at me like at that for Ime Udoka did it)
if we dont get DHOP sign my gf for 6 mill throw the balls in the middle of the feild i call her a slot (boston accent) all the time lmao
Come on Phil, give me a break, Bourne not where he needs to be 😂😂😂. We all know he's a really good wide receiver. You can't judge a player off OTAS. It's what they do in contact practice, on the field in real games that proves that. Bourne has done that and hell he would have done more last year if they would have used him like they did in the 2021 season.
Jack Jones is going to be a little busy…
I'm thinking Strong will be the "sub" back (more like change of pace back) and Ty will be the new James White.
Jack Jones stock down
Great stuff Phil thanks for your work. My question: can the O Line hold up over the season? What's your degree of confidence?
The Pats can afford to keep everyone since that Pats will only sign D-Hop if they can get him for a reasonable contract.
Oh so it’s year 2 of pretending Mack Wilson is some excellent athlete lmao. This remains the most ridiculous narrative surrounding this team. Phil just go look at the combine man, this information is easily accessible- not only is he not a good athlete, he’s below average to bad in literally everything
