That's a sideswitch corner combo that Sonya makes possible on Sub Zero that does 40% for little effort. As opposed to Raiden who can hit 40% combos WITHOUT a kameo for even less effort than Sub Zero could even dream of.

I play Scorp. Jax seems best with him but Cyrax chip dmg works well with death spin chip damage. Motaro's teleport move is insane. Extremely fast. Motaro anti zoner i think. Gives you shield and teleport. His turret mode is nasty but expensive.
Great list, the only thing I would change is getting rid of the entire "slightly less than God" category. Those Kameos are actual gods. Yes, they may take away health, but it's for good reason, they're OP.

Kameos depends on what character you use. Example scorpion is S tier with ashrah but scorpion is C tier with kenshi.
