As a huge SiIva gunner fan, I'm so glad it's officially in the whitty mod
From what I know, the "doilus" thing is a reference to Sonic 3 & Knuckles (or Sonic 3, idk which one). If you open level select and choose the level above the bonus stage. That will take you to the actual bonus stage. Then, once you fail, you'll be brought back, but the title is glitched. For whatever reason, instead of "Bonus Stage", it says you're in the "Doilus Stage".

For anyone curious, the song here is Bang Bang by K’naan it’s an absolute banger and I definitely recommend it
I think they implemented the Silvagunner maybe because how Silva got hammered by scammers, and this was done as a tribute.
Edit: Overhead remix is actually Bruno Mar's Runaway baby, hence the new outfit change, as it was Bruno's Emmy award attire.

Doilus week is a sonic 3 joke. It's a glitch in sonic 3 with the level select, where if you enter the bonus stage from the level select and you fall, it doesn't know where to send you, so it just loops; except any time past the first time the title card glitches, renaming the "bonus stage" to the legendary "doilus stage."
