How can LEOs be so stupid, its unbelievable that they swear to uphold the constitution, I'd be surprised if most of them could spell constitution. How are these stupid pigs employed in the first place, is it because they get taken by police departments that are also stupid and negligent of the constitution. Its plain to see why there is such a low opinion of the police in general.
I can't wait until the day the government steps in and say Okay this is enough bull shit from the officers. These cops should first go to college and learn the constitution and learn what our rights are. I'm tired of this bull shit.

How amazing it is when people have no clue about the first amendment right when other record in public. These are the people who hate recording when they are in public and go against our freedom. Either they are from a foreign country or love communism ruling that hates constitutional rights as America! Our amendments rights have been taking away from us my communism political party, not to record, sense freedom of speech, and cannot record government official doing their jobs. When America stands up for their rights in public and unlawful law orders really hurt their egos. More and more auditors are coming out behind walls and closets to record government public space and public access area, such as beaches, lakes, post office, government federal, state, and local cities officials. Then we have school boards shut us down by freedom of speech just like law enforcement freedom of gestures and our rights not to produce ID for unlawful orders. Yes, everyone is tired of getting our rights run over by a tyrant government that take oath of office to protect the constitutional rights of America people. I took the oath 5 times to protect my country and protect my America people under the oath, where even our politicians took oath to protect, but used communism ruling to take that right away. It’s time to hold our own federal, state and cities government workers and politicians uphold the oath! If they do not know the constitution’s rights amendment, then it is time for them to learn. It is time to put constitutional rights back into our school institutions to learn and fight for. A law to keep and teach younger mind what it is as an America. When they grow up to be adults and take on government official jobs and military services, then they will know what it means. It will make it a better and safer America country. NO COMMUNISM TAKE OVER FROM TYRANT CONTROL GOVERNMENT OR CORRUPT POLITIANS THAT HATE AMERICA! (Veteran Spoken my opinions and only my opinions based on my first amendment rights.7674) Until the first amendment rights taking away from me from the democratic party. The party, I no longer trust, that refuses to fight for America people constitutional rights.
I am sick and tired of the obvious lack of knowledge, education, and most of all, TRAINING of the cops in America. The decisions the cops have the responsibility of making can either RUIN people's lives or END people's lives, and I think those decisions are WAY TOO IMPORTANT to be made by people who probably barely graduated high school. I believe there needs to be a college degree in law enforcement requirement for hiring cops. I think they need to prove they have any idea of what they are doing before being given badges, guns, and authority over everyone. I have had my fill of the CONSTANT MASSIVE INCOMPETENCE of the cops in America.

I’m just surprised about this:
The sheer number of videos that are available online in which the incompetent and uninformed behavior of people who work in these PUBLIC institutions is shown, proves that there are indeed serious issues with the lack of comprehension of the law those people have.
Time after time this leads to these public servants to act unlawfully when they are confronted with someone doing things that are undeniably protected by the Constitution, such as filming in these public facilities.
If I am able to notice that this is something that is happening unacceptably often, then it can be assumed that the people who are are in charge of the training of these employees are also very able to recognize this for the significant problem this is, since the rights of innocent citizens are being violated over and over again by said government employees.
It should be quite simply to those people that are responsible for the behavior of their employees, to educate them on these matters and to train them in how they should act when confronted with these kind of situations.
This doesn’t even need to be more than having their employees read and thus learn what the Constitution says about these situations (including the added legal regulations that specifically apply to these issues).
This doesn’t even need to take up any longer than 30 minutes to an hour or so.
Because THEN these situations where the rights of citizens are being violated, will ABSOLUTELY be reduced greatly.
Saving time, money and LAWSUITS.
