The Straw Hats and the Straw Hat grand fleet. Along with that Boa and all of her forces, the revolutionary army, the red hair pirates, the remaining Roger Pirates, likely some remnants of The Whitebeard Pirates, All of Wano, Fishman Island, Dressrosa, and Alabasta. This possibly paired with other former Warlords like The Cross Guild, and Garp and Koby (who would absolutely not just watch this happen) and possibly even Fujitora.
Along with this I could see Smoker and all of the G-5 Marines getting involved. Assuming they haven't been wiped out Law and the Heart Pirated would likely make an appearance. SWORD would possibly make a move at this point, so Drake could be involved. And now Bonney is a friend of the Straw Hats so she could get involved as well.
Assuming Stella and the Vegapunks don't die they would also likely help Luffy. And along with them we also have to consider Kaku and Lucci, as by the end of this current arc they may be considered allies as well.
It does not matter who The World Governmebt has. They are getting rolled over in a matter of minutes if all of these groups show up lmao.
Zoro and sangi would save Luffy no doubt they wouldnβt take that amount of disrespect

You cannot drug luffys meat as it is shown he is resistant to any poisons etc after Magellan from impel down, second he can not only remove sea stones with advanced armament haki(Ryou) but can fight with them if he was in water he could gear second and heat up his body so much it evaporated to nothing and the chains easy sheer brute strength or advanced conquers haki to be sure he could easily beat the seraphim and admiral waiting outside. The only way luffy dies is if as it is hinted (him constantly reducing his life span) he pulls a roger and the one piece does the exactly the opposite of the big war we are expecting at the end and brings peace instead and there is no final war.

The part with Luffy raging and spurting haki with the Sea Prism handcuffs is something I've wanted to see. someone with a fruit that settles the curse with the sea, losing the weakness all DF's share.
that or some kind of ability to negate the sea/sea prism weakness. when Luffy fell into the sea on Onegashima I honestly thought Luffy was gonna do it. but that just sounds so cool to me. perhaps someones will can overpower the will of the sea, overcoming the weakness. idk something I've always found interesting.

Itβs going to end up being Luffy the Grand Fleet and the 20 Kingdoms against the World Government
If luffy was set to be executed the pull up would be legendary. I mean In universe itd be just another marineford. But for us as a viewer it wouldnt be a send off of an era that was already on its way out. Itd be the true defining moment of the one weve grown with
