  12. I feel like Super Saiyan 4 as a form could've rocked up in DBS. However, not as SSJ4, but as the Oozaru's evolved/refined form.

    And with that form, you could use God Ki. So, you could go from Base Form to SSJ/2/3, or you could use the mastered Oozaru's form as your new base, and place God Ki on top of it, making it a "Primal" form, one that a Saiyan needs to enter in order to channel divine energy.

    Since SSJ4 is the pinnacle of Saiyan biology, it would make sense for it to be the" new base" form required to ascend to a higher being.
