Actually I have a theory that Gregory is crying child but he was rebuilt as Gregory that’s why Freddy scanned him and saw him as an animatronic but Freddy is the crying child big brother and he’s protecting him
I have a theory what if vannessa programmed all the animatronic to save people but as we saw freedy got a shot circuit and was not obeying the programming and the other animatronics are saving gregoery but it looks like they are killing him because the game could be a beta version of vr fnaf help wanted and freedy is programing it to seem that the other animatronics and vannessa is bad that's why we still saw spring trap/burn trap I know it doest have a lot things to back it up
I think that the reason bonnie isn't here is because monty killed him by ripping of his outer casing leaving his endo behind and that's why one of the endos is non harmful
Theory: Glamrock Freddy in the past long before what happens in the game had already been hacked/corrupted by vanny and was the first to be, the 9 missing children from the newspaper that are seen in one of the endings occupied the same place of Gregory.
I mean, Glamrock Freddy befriended some kids at the Mega Pizza Plex getting their trust so he would lead them to Vanny making it easy for her to kill them, since Glamrock Freddy was the most popular and favorite of the kids. Vanny used him to unlock the underground path to Burntrap, so she killed the children trapped by Glamrock Freddy there.
I believe in this because of the dialogue that Glamrock Freddy says at the end of Burntrap, he had already been in that place before and when he says that his friends are angry and confused, he could refer to the souls of the previous 9 children, also because he says that at that time it wasn't him: "I've been here before" "I didn't want to, but i had no choice", he didn't want to hurt the children but because of Vanny who controlled him, he was forced to help her.
Also at that time he tells Gregory to protect him now, he can choose already changed since due to his failure at the beginning of the game on stage, he was able to recognize the attack in his programming, freeing himself from Vanny's hack / control by activating the "Safe Mode"on his system.
And thanks to that his memory is restored making him remember what he did in the past (Help Vanny to kidnap childrens) so now being himself, he decided to protect / help Gregory to prevent him from suffering the same fate of the 9 children previous.
What about a what if fnaf security breach had a small multiverse around it(with each reality actually only containing a 4th of springtraps soul with the intention that 4 victims survive long enough to collapse the realities together and allow him to truly come back not as spring trap but as willam Afton in human body (true secret ending found by having 1 playthrough with each character to the save vanny ending and then starting a new game a selecting Gregory thanks to the other timelines with the other three being completed Gregory sees bleed In from the other playthroughs except his own and crosses into them with Freddy ending up in his own reality after a brief flash the first time showing a girl with chica exploring the pizza Plex (this tells you which to chose from Fazer blast and monty golf) and when chica enters the trash compactor a rift will open up revealing the parallel world with them with a single button qte go react to it rushing forward into it with chica following what happens next is Gregory sees the damaged chica and pristine chica fighting with a girl on the side helping the clean one by working with the girl the chica from your reality is knocked down and a rift opens up causing both Gregory and her to fall back into the original timeline with Freddy noticing the repaired chica and having dialogue about doing whatever he did with his other friends superstar it is also revealed that the doors to the pizza Plex are the entrance to all the realities randomly shuffling people across it with the only person known to safely Traverse it being Gregory and vanny (yes same vanny is in all four realities just not simultaneously)
