This one was a roller coaster! At first I thought it'd be a quick end for Sidious, then it started to look like it'd be a huge takeover by Sidious and Dooku, which was followed Dooku's character development shifting rapidly, and then finally that sniper shot…I laughed out loud at that, both because it was so unexpected and also because I approved of it wholeheartedly. Dooku returning to the light side and taking over was also cool. He's definitely ruler material given his personality!
I always love your what if storytelling and writing in these series. But I have to point out one thing. It's not a big thing. But when you said 6 million, Droids attacked Kamino. In my head, I was like, how did Dooku get that many starships to transport that many Droid and in that short notice. 🤣
This story encapsulates everything, I love about the prequels
Every character has so much love put into them here, people like Dooku and Windu genuinely care and I got that same feeling from the trilogy. Honestly, this story does them so much more justice, than just the empire ending in the OT and I'm really glad you made it. Also I love the little things about your writing, that help visualise what's happening.

It's an interesting idea, but I don't get WHY Boba would do this. The only reason is that the fanfic demands that he does so.
