Lost Ruins is already accepted, but I could see Birdo Circuit and Toad Temple getting in so long as a couple sections were adjusted. And Colliding Dimensions would be a ridiculous secret track.
Nintendo should make more circuits or raceways for more characters. Birdo Raceway showed how much potential it has!
