  1. As someone who lost 130 pounds and has maintained now for about 4 years, I often tell people to start where they are food wise and just reduce their calories slowly. Because that's what helped me commit to weight loss finally, you start with the familiar foods even if that is fast food ( they usually have calories, so is easy to track) and as you drop the weight you start modifying the foods that you eat. I have changed the way i eat so many time in those years, because as i dropped the weight and reduced my calories I started gravitating for more healthier filling foods. I still love junk, but is a balance of making sure I am getting my protein and some greens too. You have to be honest with yourself and be like i need to do this for the rest of my life LOL.

  2. Thanks as always for a great video!
As an aside, would you consider covering people who post their "carnivore diet" days? I saw one woman literally eat only cubed butter and beef patties the whole day, it's wild

  3. I don't think you're being fair to salad girl. I wouldn't call that an old diet salad. When I think of old diet food salads I think of iceberg lettuce, cherry tomato, cucumber, carrots, etc. She had chicken, avocado, chickpeas, all satisfying choices. Yogurt with berries and granola is also still highly recommended. Old yogurt would be the sugary flavored packaged yogurts. Now plain greek yogurt with berries is a good choice. I give her 6/10. I think her only mistake was too much sugar in the snacks and dinner meal. I also think she had too many grains since she had one at all 3 meals, but she's following the Meditteranean diet plate it looks like.

  4. They always show their meds because they think it is what makes them fat because sometimes the side effects is weight gain which they think means “I am 400 pounds because I take a birth control pill with a weight gain side effect” I know this because I used to think that at like 15 but the real reason I was overweight is because I was eating pizza all the time.

  5. What I eat Wednesdays are my fave video of the week. Also, there’s no way mobility scooter girl isn’t eating more off camera. She’s always so overly dainty it’s annoying.

  6. There is NO WAY IN HELL the yoghurt lady ate only whats shown in the video, they all act so confident about what they eat and then they show off only like 25%
@TheCynicalDude: I normally hate what I eat in a day videos, but I LOVE yours! I love your comments, you always give your viewers a good laugh!
Thx for everything, your fans love you!

  7. Kinda surprised you only gave the second girl a 2/10. At least she prepared her own food and consumed fruits and veggies in her day. And she didn’t slurp down a venti sugar milkshake latte with three extra shots of caramel haha.

  8. tbh you getting sponsored by hellofresh would be iconic. However the girl in the video is using gousto. It's a UK one. And it has more vegan and dairy-free options. Hellofresh sucks if you are intolerant to milk.

  9. That floralfrosting person, I don't know what exactly is her condition, but apparently she is suffering from chronic fatigue…I think if she started to eat the right things and started a bit of fasting it would improve her condition

  10. Honestly as a college student, I’m walking around quite a bit (around 8k-10k steps a day, usually studying along w/ hanging with friends bc i don’t use my car) and may occasionally grab a snack or two, but it’s not going to be my entire meal for the day. Its really helpful that my college has a great cafeteria w/ many healthy food options. It helps to have snacks stocked, and things you may eat but won’t readily binge on, like a pack of trail mix or a snack you might have less frequently. Maybe replacing a big mac with grilled chicken and salad.

  12. I never used to eat fast food when i was a student because I couldn’t afford it. Eating takeout was a luxury I would treat myself to once in a while. For these people to eat so much takeout they must have a fairly good income.

  14. I use to be like the McDonalds girl because I never wrote anything down and didnt look at the nutrition, only calories. Now I look at nutrition and try to eat as many whole foods in a day that I can. I dont always succeed but I try harder the next day

  15. Something is wrong with these people's thinking. I've never even thought the words "Caloric deficit" in my life before this video. I've thought "I'm hungry" or "I should eat something before I go to work". I used to get low blood sugar from vigorous weight lifting and get tunnel vision, even then I was not in a caloric deficit. I've never thought caloric deficit. I always have calories somewhere in my body. I've never been in the red. I've never had a negative calorie sum. As long as I have a small half inch layer of fat on my belly, I can't be in a caloric deficit.

  16. Cheaply made red velvet cake might be food colouring, but the real thing is red due to adding an acid to the batter, which interacts with the cocoa and turns it red. You often say stuff about food that isn’t strictly true

  17. What these people dont understand is that no matter how small you eat if you live sedentary life it will all become weight gain, during pandemic I didnt go anywhere at all for almost 2 years, I eat the same food as before pandemic, but I didnt workout at all. As a result, i gained 5 kg after, and had to workout to become fit again.
