  2. Boxing gave me confidence by my bully getting fewer and fewer.

Well about the body, it probably increased the testosterone, I was too aggressive. As an asian, i would get too many people trying to pick fights with me or bully me, Punching heavy bags meant, sometimes, my hand would go without me even thinking.

Also being from a bad neighbourhood and racism rampant, doing boxing meant I know I could look after myself.

Anyways, quality of my life changed by increased confidence I had.

  3. I love my boxing training. I've been there only for three months but I already feel in a way better shape than i used to be. I just don't get tired any more in my daily life. I go there twice a week, I have fun, I exercise myself and I learn boxing. Just perfect.

  4. Before you fight, you have to fight with punching bag… for those that don’t want to ruin the face the best option will be none contact, punches will only be with the punching bag. If you don’t want to get die, then only practice on punching bag.

  5. I usually never comment but I gotta say, this is a good reminder to never let opportunities pass by. I hope you eventually find peace of mind, getting over the regret.
    Have a good day!

  6. Im 21 and started boxing last week for the first time ever, it’s incredible tiring sport I honestly would have never imagined how much stamina is needed for this but I’m excited to keep continuing it for the rest of the year and then move on to kickboxing starting 2025. Let’s see how this goes

  7. I do not box for real, but i do vr Boxing with a game called thrill of the fight. It is basically shadow Boxing on steroids and really really fun. I do not think it translates well though.

Boxing is extremely good for getting in shape. 1 month of boxing 3-4 times a week equals 3 months of running 3-4 times a week.

This statement is based out of data from my heart rate sensor. Things like resting heart rate and time for heart rate to calm down and other metrics.

How do i know this? I only workout during the summer, last summer i ran. This summer i do vr Boxing and it is far superior for getting in shape fast.

  8. Im not a boxer. Boxing drills along with weight lifting has transformed my body and strength. Learning how to properly jab and add combinations is fun. Play your favorite tracks and sweat.
