😊😅😢🎉very good video!
Amazing
FASCINATING
Wants
Given 10s of thousands of different parts that has to be an inventory nightmare. I was in charge of a few thousand parts and that was hard enough. My hat's off to those men and women 😊
Felt sad for all those aircraft just biding time in that Arizona field,

Enjoyed the video. To me I think that would be a fun place to work except for the heat of the dessert.

An FYI, those jets you see at Davis Monthan at the 5:28 mark were not dismantled. They intentionally chopped the frame of those B-52s with a huge portable guillotine as part of a nuclear reduction pact with the USSR.
Former Boeing…. some great 'deals' on used A-380's and B-747's…
Some aircraft never die, their 'parts' are re-used similar to Organ Transplants. There are lots of 'certified' used parts around the globe. But buyer beware… there are 'uncertified' used parts as well. It is possible to track used parts by Part Number. Usually the cheapest price comes with many liabilities. Crashes caused by cheap used parts are common and cheaters are prosecuted for murder.
Boneyards for non-working aircraft are in high demand….
I've built Fokker 100 and 70's a long time back. This dismantling just tears a hole through my soul! I know all planes need to face their end at some point, but…..ouch
Edit: Damnit, this is worse then watching a funeral! To any of the planes I worked on: I put my heart into each and every one of you. Thank you for your service

You failed to mention the devastation the act of shutting down the Canadian pipeline did on the US economy. An energy independent country was brought to its knees and required the buying of petroleum from the middle east as well as Russia.
I’ve watched & enjoyed videos that discussed the 737 Combi that serviced remote airports such as Barrow AK and the mines and oil fields of Northern Canada. These jets that include side doors may be configured through the use of various to transport freight, vehicles and passengers. What a great concept. The last video I watched mentioned the Combi jets were being phased out. Too bad!
Have a place.. not has a place
There wings can be car ports
When they get to the bone yard is usually where they stay at, for ever. Cause there so out dated. Until some one like me thinks of a ideal to use them. Think i will get one, set out in the front yard, and live in it 🤣
The Swoose Goose is being restored at the Museum of the United States Air Force right now. It is the only B-17 D in existence. It will take anywhere up to 10 years to restore. I can’t wait to see it finished,I saw it shoved into the back of one of the hangars when I was last at the museum back in 2014. They were still restoring the Memphis Bell at the time.
They don't want to scrap old airplanes because they were once so expensive.
747s will be flying for another 40 years, at least some, if not for longer.
Just heartbreaking.
Can I buy one of those 😮😊
Its career was the opposite of the jumbo jet.

‘Twenty Airport’ 😂
I spent 30 years working Spare’s for the Boeing Co. keeping track of part numbers is not that hard Properly storing and packing for shipping is overseen by experienced people. What would shock many not in the industry is the Price of both new and used parts.

The RNZAF still operate C-130's from the Vietnam era, 58 years old.
This is so sad, those planes don’t deserve to be ruthlessly destroyed
Se desguazan utilizando sus piezas como repuesto para los modelos que aun estan en servicio como es el caso del A 380 los que estan desguazando estan sirviendo como fuente de repuestos para los A 380 que se encuentran en servicio
I'm glad I have a warplane museum near me that has the only Lancaster that you can go for a ride in.
Por qué ponen titulos en españolsi luego hablan en ingles?
turkish captions add please
Una gran pena , semejante avion y destruirlo.
Una gran pena. Adios 380.
It's always been a 😭 moment for me when I hear of a plane being flown for retirement in a bone yard… Somewhat of a "sentimental journey", you might say😟
what a waste of tax payers money.
