The F1 games are the textbook example for doing the absolute bare minimum, they carry over an insane amount of stuff, easily over 75% of the content, then have the gall to charge full price for it each year.
i have a few of the formula rss cars and theyre great, but the ffb on them never felt great…any tips?
like i cannot tell at all how close to the limit i am in those cars, they feel very light and sometimes just go
this was also my issue with the F1 cars AC added with DLC, so i dont think its a problem with the mod cars, but the engine not really being made for this type of car or more likely, this type of tire.
i jus want a f1 game wit a my team that starts in f4,f3 and work you team up to a f1 team or have a career mode that starts in f4

Modding, Ai, Damage, Pit Stops, Tracks, Vehicles, Simulation of throttle, steering and brake input on keyboards which hasnt been used again since.
Also its a good free alternative to the Pay to get xyz mod clusterfuck of asetto corsa because theres F1 Challenge VB which is a giant mod with all Tracks, cars and seasons since 1950

I would play more Assetto Corsa with the mod but the only reason I don't is the career experience which is a shame

You yourself mentioned the problem with AC… it may have a better physics engine, but where's the feel of the series? Where's the immersion?
This has always been the problem with these jack-of-all-trades sims heavily reliant on modding like AC and rFactor.
No one here has any idea how an open wheeler drives, to say nothing of an F1 car. It’s just sort of amusing to hear “This doesn’t drive realistically” from people whose entire racing career consists of driving street cars…on the street.
There are f1 regs mod blocking drs for u and the ai in the first 2 laps, when it's too wet, no car infront of u (1 sec) etc.
The micro transactions on every EA sports game doesn’t improve the experience of the game. Cosmetic mostly.
We can only hope F1 finds the strength to fire this useless studio and hire Kunos one day. I was almost about to buy this trash but thank God it got cracked and my money was saved. There are no words to defend this failure the only people I have seen are like bots hired by ea themselves and try to make it seem like they know better.
Yeah iracing is good as long as you are happy with emptying your bank account into it.
Im not sure i understand but many games had connected fps to physics frequency. Big one was GTA San Andreas.

F1 is a kid game. ACC & iRacing or the new AMS2 FTW. I rather buy ACC DLC or buy some setup from Coach Dave than this same old game. Codemasters suck.

Oh yeah, because 22 career mode is sooo good after they removed interviews. Or didn't update anything in team management (1st /2nd driver, team orders, relations with drivers or team members)
Really don''t understand how with AC you literally mention the AI being next to useless as a challenge – and then make the AI pretty much the only real complaint about AMS2 that 'doesnt make it a contender'. (As 'I dont like the physics vs a mod for another game' is not a truly valid complaint)
Ermz, you realize RSS has released a New version of their 2022 car? The Hybrid X Evo is completely outdated, old, and does not follow the 2022 regulations; unlike the Formula Hybrid 2022. They are two completly different cars, I suggest you give it a shot!

Codemasters has access to Slightly Mad's Madness Engine. If they really wanted to move more towards the sim-side they have the option. Maybe they do it for the proper next-gen only F1 game. That's the only way we get a better driving F1 game.
