I thought Bluey didn’t like riding because they just grew up. Like you have to train a horse to be okay with riding (honestly thought that was a nice detail. Kinda disappointed that it is due to his trait)
this apartment in Evergreen Harbour has the wrong door assigned as the front door. So you essentially have to teleport to the balcony and knock it's door

Hei james a few things, the 200 count only the ones in your "my households", if you don't want them to age they have to be "used" bright green plumbob, having them only in your "my household" isn't enough, they will age. And bluey is the son/dougheter of basil and flame while the one you sell was duke's. Also very disappointing since the only reason you have it with duke was because he is a very beautiful horse and the foal was just like him lol xD a really hope one day sims team will let us choose whose households can age in the neighborhood stories, in the same way we can choose if they can die or have children.

Inviting people to stay over and charging them, then asking them to help out reminds me of that old nickelodeon shoe Hey Dude, that took place on a ranch but was like. a resort. (the show was about teenagers working there, but it was a resort people stayed at for the Ranch Experience) Lady is renting out her ranch for the Ranch Experience, ride horses, garden, drink and make nectar, shovel manure, and live like a cowboy (for a few days and lot of simeoleons hehe)
