In this first video on Global Hue, I briefly explore Canada’s new immigration limits, how many Americans live abroad, and things to consider when engaging in this larger conversation.

  1. Literally me. I'm planning on leaving in 3 years after my clinical mental health counseling license is secured and apply for a work-visa. I was going to originally spend 6 or so years here to secure everything but I'm cutting my plans in half and speed-running.

The electorate is unironically too uneducated and too propaganda-fed to shuut themselves in the knees if it staves off the imaginary ghost of what they consider to be communism or whatever tf they got going on

  2. Thanks for sharing your insights! I am excited to follow your YouTube journey and learn more.

As much as I’ve loved living in America, I’m ready for a change. I’ve been looking at Ireland because it has direct reciprocity for my credentials and my industry (nutrition) is considered to be in a critical shortage there. My hesitation stems from their housing and healthcare shortage 😅. That’s why I think Canada was smart to put a pause on immigration until they have the infrastructure to support it.

Yes, passport privilege is real! When I visited my cousins in the Philippines, I learned we could not travel to the same places together because their passport only gets them into a fraction of countries 😮.
