Back in 2016 we had 30 inches in one storm. We still get are average snowfall yet and could happen in one storm. People are saying winter is over. I say there is still time. Anything can still happen. Also we may not see more snow too. Anything is possible.
I'm a bit confused why you said that Atmospheric River (AR) was a media name ? An Atmospheric River is a narrow corridor or filament of concentrated moisture in the atmosphere.
