Best Skate Park Day Ever 1286

Itโ€™s ready!! If you watched out last vlog, you know the one where we were doing the water experiment in the backyard, then you should remember that we accidently left the hose on in the skatepark and it was turning into a huge swimming pool. Well its full and Jenny and I canโ€™t wait to surprise the kiddos. Adley, Niko Bear, and Navey are all in their swimming suites but they donโ€™t know why. I canโ€™t wait to see their faces when the see what we have done.

After the surprise and excitement, we all slide into the skate park swimming pool and the water feels amazing. We have inflatable animals that Niko and Navey ride on, while Adley tries to surf on a blow up popsicle. Adley turnes to me and says โ€œDad, we should invite friends overโ€ so we call Nick who helps us out with A for Adley, and Adleyโ€™s friend Clair with her dad to come swimming with us.

Once our friends get here, the fun really begins. We have a water battle with super soakers and water balloons. Niko pushes me in the pool and Adley get mom wet with water balloons. We then set up a slip n slide from the patio right into the pool. Navey loves it, Adley canโ€™t stop going on it, and Niko Bear is a little daredevil doing tons of tricks while sliding into the pool. We also have giant ball that is floating around and smashing people lol.

To take a small break, we play on the trampoline before jumping on the splash pad. We get a ton of paper cups and put them on the water jets so they launch up in the air like little rockets. Its then time to jump in the hot tub and swimming pool where Adley is going for a new world record of number of underwater flips she can do.

After our friends head home, and the girls go inside to start our bedtime routine, Niko and I keep hanging out in the pool. We joke about camping in the skate park swimming pool and have a mini water balloon battle. I just love how much fun my family had, this amazing memory we made, and this really was a dream come true for me. Iโ€™ve always wanted to do this and now I have!
