Kuwait and the other gulf country's like Dubai have very good food programs for people in need its like a supermarket and they can get free or pay what they can I imagine she's pretending there a family with children so she can take items for children milk, little juice cartons, crisps. You don't have to buy up to the cut-off. 1 KG of something that's a deal may be useful to you if you're going to actually use it. Buying 2X or more of that deal when it's definitely going right into the trash is NOT a good deal. You're broke. Maybe don't buy 100 KG of food just because your hoarding mentality of all the things is talking in your ear.
