cross legged thrusts – 10 per leg
sumo squat jumps – 20 reps
tricep dips – 10 reps
incline push ups – 10 reps
scissor kicks – 20 reps
peform each move back to back with no rest, once all are complete rest for 40 secs and repeat 8 more times!

Omg Iv been saving all your wedding and post wedding vlogs to catchup on as just been really busy and we all know and love you for your amazing long vlogs but they don’t slot into a 10 window, so today iv started with this one and I just love you and your furry family sooo much. Biscuit is the perfect addition and can’t wait to see him grow up with you. Iv grown up with cats at my parents home, they are just my favourite but at the age of 35, having finally got a house and finished doing it up, we got 2 of our own, and it’s wonderful. Cats are so good for the soul, such amusing little beings they just make life better.
Cant wait to catchup on the wedding and everything now, you are absolutely glowing from it! xxx
