Tang Lung, a young man from Hong Kong, travels to Rome to help a relative fight a gang of gangsters who are trying to take over her restaurant by any means necessary. After Tang Lung has easily beaten the first gang of thugs, the gangster boss calls in reinforcements in the form of an American and a Japanese martial arts expert. After they fail to disable Tang Lung, the American Colt is waiting for him.
