DESPITE THE FACT that both ON and OFF Headbanger’s Ball and other metal-based shows on MTV, we were shown videos from… (and included in THIS upload, as evidence) … black metal band ANCIENT, Celtic Frost, Coroner, M.O.D., Agnostic Front, Sodom, Onslaught (with Steve Grimmett), Wolfsbane (Blaze Bayley, ex- Iron Maiden), Nuclear Assault, New York City Hardcore Champions Murphy’s Law, Cro-Mags, and “white metal” doom metal legends, Trouble… which, personally, I thought was pretty damn cool… the opinion may differ substantially to others…
IDK, MAN, whatta you think? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
☝️ To note: normally I try to stay away from uploading, what could be perceived by the thumbnail as clickbait’y stuff… for which, if you watch this, I think you’ll see that this is not… however, this is in contrast to the normal stuff I usually publish (or are at least trying to, consistently). It’s merely a question I have because I remembered the view of someone I think is pretty damn cool, from an historical document (film, movie, documentary) called Heavy Metal Parking Lot that included interviews with concert-goers outside the Capital Center (RIP 🕯🙏🤘) in Landover, Maryland just prior to that night’s stop of the Judas Priest, Fuel for Life Tour. So here I am, wondering, was MTV ever legitimately cool in the eyes of actual metalheads? G’head and weigh in, if ya like 🤘🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
So there ya go lol. Seeya friends ✌️🥲🤘
