WALT DISNEY WORLD HONEYMOON VLOG #1 – Who says you can’t have a perfect Disney day outside of the parks?
We are FINALLY on our HONEYMOON! Our honeymoon had 4 postponed dates (originally supposed to be in May 2020) but with the help of our amazing travel agent Molly at Marvellous Mouse Travels we were finally able to have the trip of a lifetime! This is our first vlog in our Honeymoon vlog series that will bring you along for all of our adventures through Walt Disney World, Universal Studios Orlando, and our cruise on Harmony of the Seas.
In this vlog, we start off our day at Coronado Springs where we were staying during our trip, and catch a bus to Hollywood Studios to get the Skyliner to Epcot (just for fun!), then we enjoy a morning walk on the boardwalk and catch a bus to Magic Kingdom to hop on the Monorail and explore (and eat) around Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Polynesian Resort, and finally Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort. We wanted to show how Walt Disney World can still be so much fun even on a non-park day!

My name is Meg, and joining me is my husband Greg! I’m a Canadian/maritimer born and raised, and Greg is an American (from Ohio) living here in the maritimes with me and our two dogs now.
When Greg moved to Canada to live with me, he wanted to see as much as he could in the Maritimes. Was this your first time on the skyliner? I love the skyliner so much. I almost always stay at a skyliner resort haha. Captain cooks is great. I like their Asian noodles. Dole whip is a must! 👍🏻😋
We are so happy you got to take your honeymoon at WDW. Loved your first day, we did something very similar our first time there. Lots of steps but a nice and slow day is what matters.

Thanks for sharing your Honeymoon trip with us, we have always wanted to stay at Coronado Springs, it does look beautiful, our last visit way back in 2018 we stayed at Caribbean Beach Resort 🤔 2 days after we left the Gondolas 🚡 opened so we haven’t been on them either 🫢 it looked fun just exploring at your own pace, when we go we are always rushing around to try fit everything in so we normally need a Holiday to get over a Disney Holiday 😳🤣 Hope your both keeping safe & well & enjoying the weekend, Take Care 👍🥰❤️xx

First up, we LOVED Coronado. 😁 But on another note, isn't Disney transportation awesome!? I love that you can literally spend a full day park hopping via the various different transportation exchange networks. The skyliner was a straightup GAME CHANGER! Looks like you guys had a terrific monorail crawl….those nachos had my stomach rumbling. Don't be embarrassed, I would have gone for them too. 😆 Poly is one of the few resorts we've still yet to visit – never dined there, never stayed there, never roamed the grounds. I tell myself we're trying to preserve the full experience for a future stay, but the reality is that we just spend way too much time in the parks themselves and never leave enough time for resort roaming. Our day will come! Great video, sorry that we're going through them all backwards lol P.S. GREG! THE BACKSCRATCHER! WHY!? 😆

Oh wow, is the sky liner new? I did not see this when we visited in 2014. The Polynesian resort and Grand Floridian are absolutely perfect places to roam around. The pork pineapple nachos looks delicious 😋. Lol the backscratcher is only a dollar at Dollarama:) That’s a nice way to spend your first day of honeymoon.
I have always had a great time at Disney World. Been several times but not in years, so nice to see what's new. Great place for a honeymoon. You are always so bubbly and chirpy. I call your straight man "grumpy Greg" lol, but maybe that's just like in the morning, like me! 🙂

Congratulations and Happy Honeymoon. What a wonderful place to spend your honeymoon. My kids love the sky liner. We live local so one day I took them and we just rode the sky liner and monorail and got dole whip. 😂. You guys are so cute. I love the interaction between the two of you! I’ve never been to that boardwalk before though. It looks super cute!

That cupcake looked yummy! And, of course you've got to get kona coffee at the Poly and the Dole Whip! Oh no! How could he throw away the back scratcher! That would have turned into one of our items from a trip that end up in a drawer someplace and find it every so often then forget about it again! lol

Hey Meg and Greg, I am so looking forward to resort hopping on our trip in a couple of months. For the first couple of days before our cruise, we don’t have park tickets, so it’ll be all about resort hopping and Disney Springs. The skyliner looks fab, I can’t wait to try it for the first time.
