Wally the Tibetan Mastiffs rescue story

Wally is a Tibetan mastiff that we found when we were on an adventure in China. We quite literally found him at the Great Wall and finally taking the time to tell the story start to finish on how he came to live with us here in the US.
You’ve probably seen a few of his viral videos over the past few years.
You can follow along and check in on Wall-E on all of his social medias (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram @babywallybear)

  1. A big baby that will tear apart anyone who threatens your family. Not bad – just to avoid those confusing situations that he might misunderstand. Came here after I saw the groom by girlwiththedogs

  3. Thank you for saving this angel.
You took that minimal information you had to pinpoint his location for rescue.
You and your family took it even further, brought him to the states and adopted Wally.
    You are a godsend.

  7. Bless you for saving Walley, people in China are horrible with dogs. Girl with the dogs did an awesome job with him, she is so tiny but is the best groomer ever!❤

  9. Not only did you move mountains to rescue him (I know it’s not cheap either as a friend did something similar), but you’ve done an incredible job training and helping him trust people again. Given his history, it wouldn’t be a surprise if he was reactive to humans. But he was an angel while being groomed by Vanessa, even took a nap in the middle of it! My purebred lockdown Aussie Shepherd who I’ve done a lot of training with and who have had all the love by every human since the day he was born, is too reactive to go to a professional groomer. So I have to learn to groom his double coat myself at home. Having killed my back countless times trying to keep his double coat under control, I can’t even imagine trying to manage one of a Tibetan Mastiff! Well done for all of your efforts so far. It’s extremely clear that he is one of the luckiest dogs in the world now and is so loved and cared for by you.
