I took a walk by the RVSC (Rio Valley Switching Company) Pharr tracks and a Union Pacific Box car that had an Southern Pacific (SP) Reporting mark on it which I thought was odd. I decided to see if I can possibly climb and I made it 2 steps and jumped back off. Thanks for watching and have a good day!
