  1. I spent so many days reading the Metroid Prime (and Prime 2) manual. The artwork and stories were so fascinating to me. I loved making little doodles of the Metroid Prime, Meta Ridley, the Ing, and Dark Samus (MP2 version, not 3). The Metroid Prime Trilogy is probably in my top 5 favorite game series.

  2. Lock-on free aim does have it's uses. If you want to cheese some enemies, you can lock on, duck behind a corner, select the wave beam and angle regular shots around the corner. They'll zip around it and home towards your target. I found it useful for the turrets and some of the pirates in the upper mines.

  3. Good video but i think you got Anti-Aliasing and Aliasing wrong. Aliasing is the stair stepping aka jagged edges and Anti-Aliasing is a Method to smoothen the edges EX SMAA MSAA FXAA etc.

Same Vinny, I think Metroid Prime 2 is CRIMINALLY underrated. It tried SO many new things. Obviously some of the, were more successful than others, but it was extremely ambitious, and I think the dark and light world concept was so fun. It added so many new layers of exploration by allowing you to get new places by going to the same location in the alternate world and then transporting back.
