  1. Fresh Mexican food is sooooo amazing, and has nothing to do with the American-style restaurant chains that serve ground meat doused with melted cheese and wrapped into wheat flatbread. Calling it "Mexican".

  2. Such a great idea! Mexican street foods are some of the best foods in the world if you ask me, but then again I was born and raised in Los Angeles California USA. Mexican food is a very regular food for me! I have a feeling, based on their reactions, that they would share my love for it!

    Here's one of my favorite recipes.

    ROASTED CARROTS WITH CHIPOTLE-HONEY BUTTER RECIPE

    Yield: 4 Servings Prep Time: 20 Minutes Cook Time: 20 Minutes Total Time: 40 Minutes

    Sweet roasted carrots tossed in a chipotle and honey butter and sprinkled with fresh mint leaves. Gluten-free! You can use as many or as few chipotles as you'd like, two are pretty spicy, if you're sensitive to heat use less.

    INGREDIENTS

    1 pound small carrots, peeled and trimmed

    4 tablespoons unsalted butter

    1-2 chipotles en adobo, minced (depending on how spicy you'd like)

    2 tablespoons honey
    1 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more for sprinkling

    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

    1 lemon, cut into large chunks

    1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1) Heat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place carrots in a medium bowl.

    2) Combine butter, chipotles, honey, salt and pepper in a small frying pan over medium heat. Cook, stirring until melted.

    3) Pour butter mixture over carrots and toss to combine. Arrange carrots on baking sheet and scrape any extra butter over the top. Place lemon pieces over the carrots.

    4)Roast until carrots are tender, about 20 minutes. Remove to a serving dish, sprinkle with salt and mint leaves.

    Pretty easy to make with a unique taste that will win you over!

  3. In Mexico our main grain is corn, we use masa (corn dough) for many different dishes, some sweet some savory. We also use it as a way to make a winter drink atole, it is mixed with milk and made thick. The dish with the banana leaf at the start is a tamal, the inside can be meat or fruit, even chocolate

    Budapest, Vienna and Basel are said to be very beautiful, and they are probably very traditional, too, so these would certainly be worth a look.

  5. I wish these food videos had more descriptions of the dishes shown so that the guys don't have to guess at what's being served. i do like the fact that they picked up on the fact that some of the dishes are being customized for the buyer.

  6. Love it when you show them street food. They may have to guess at the ingredients, but seeing how something is prepared is the most interesting part They get very animated over what's getting used!

    Babu is right in saying that there are some similarities in our kitchens, although there are also many differences.
    If they ever came to Mexico, I would invite them to try the food from different states of my country because there are countless dishes to try. Sure, I would have to avoid pork and beef for them to eat, but we still have plenty of options.

  8. Ton of similarities in our food with yalls culture like spices and roti/tortilla. From south asians, middle eastern, north/central/south americans, we may also share similar physical attributes like dark hair and skin. Im mexican and ive been confused for indian and even arab😂

  9. My dad is from Mexico 🇲🇽, my mom is from Israel 🇮🇱 and my grandfather from my dad is from India 🇮🇳. I’ve never been in those country before . I’m from USA 🇺🇸
    some day I would love to visit those 3 countries . I have ate Mexican food .
