The Vanguard one was solved some months ago: there is more than one zombie but what matters is not the order in which you kill them, what matters is the weapon class.
Each hidden zombie has a specific weapon class you need to use to kill it. And when you shoot at him with the correct gun, a mini game will start. It is a precision test that will reward you if you are skilled enough. Although I don't remember what the reward is.
I think the bendy is a Pixar ref with the lamp at the with the cough being the lamp hoping

An old game but a goody. In dead rising 2: Off the record, towards the beginning of the game you meet a man named Gordon. If you give Gordon a crow bar he will say "Hmm…A crowbar. This is enough to make anyone feel like a free man."
With the vanguard Easter egg it has been solved. Depending where the zombie is you have to shoot him with a certain weapon. Gold orbs will appear and you have to shoot all of them. After shooting the orbs you will receive some rewards. Also don’t miss the gold orb or else the gold orbs will disappear and you have to restart the game to do it
I think that the bedy Easter egg is a referrence from The snake game where a snake eats red balls

Goat Simulator 3 is almost entirely Easter eggs.
it’s probably not exactly what they were going for, but i noticed something about the monster in the mop bucket. if you look at the lower portion of it, it looks like it might be a HAND puppet, and those noises it makes, could it possibly be another Legend of Zelda reference to the hand coming out of the toilet? bit of a stretch, but a cool thought i suppose.

I always hate that devs make Easter eggs to some things with almost no effort. Dark souls is almost always a bonfire, it is always a red balloon. However I love it when games do more. In tiny Tina’s wonderland there is a quest where you have to light bonfires to get souls, give them to a hollow guy sitting near a bonfire and then fight an invader.
Finally a reference to majora's mask
So im not sure if you covered this its a detail not easter egg but in spiderman miles Morales if you look under the high chairs in miles's apartament at the kitchen you can see scratches left on the floor
