    Every machine gun in the United States Military from WW1 all through the Korean War were all Browning designs. I would say that is pretty successful.

  2. As a machine gunner myself the 150rnd barrel replacement is bs
    you can fire up to 400rnds no problem the MG3 works best once it's hot there's really no point changing the barrel at 150rnds.
    yes that's what we were taught but there's no point in that

  3. Germans in 1942 making a weapon that would remain as the basis for german machineguns 80 years in the future and would still be considered a really good gun, yet won't make gearboxes that were not fragile.
