welcome pro football
NIL is destroying college football. There are plenty of football players who are just fine with just a scholarship ( and maybe a small stipend) and let everyone else join the NFL. College football is like an unpaid internship, it is just something a player has to do in order to get noticed so he can sign a big contract in the NFL
NIL contracts for what they are worth dictate how a player gets paid , and if the contract falls through on either end of the contract what happens?
Someone in the live chat said the SEC destroyed the PAC-12 which is just not true. The regents had a chance to approve a generous TV deal two years ago ( one that would have kept ALL teams in the PAC-12) but they got greedy and wouldn't approve it.

I’m sorry.. just gotta say it and if I get banned it is what it is but if we get beat out by byu in recruiting… UTAH is officially dog shit 💩
I may not know a whole lot but I feel like Utah needs to step up their shit when it comes to getting top talent in Utah.
PAY THEIR Ass! lol
Yall trippin warm juice is nasty
Some P5 schools (soon to be P4) shouldn't be in the P5 anymore. Things have changed for the good and the bad. Relegation will have to happen.
Welcome back James. I agree with everything that the three of you are saying. The colleges and coaching staffs can play a part in this also. OU had a player that came to them after talking to other colleges and said he wanted more money, they said fine we will give you that. Then he said I want to play in whatever position I choose, they said "Nope", and he walked. That's not the kind of culture I want to see at OU. You can build a great team with 3 stars and as much as I like winning, I'd rather have that than no culture.
Chip Kelly actually has a good idea for what could be done. He proposed that their should be only 2 conferences, one major and one minor, with divisions that is separate from the other collegiate sports. Their should be 1 commissioner that governs football and concerning NIL, allow schools to pay players directly. I don’t know if he said this but this is just my 2 cents, players should be allowed to transfer after 2 years at a school or if a coaching change was made, that’s it.
Im all for the players go get the best offer … people and teams that hate NIL just can't afford it
Is Mikey Matthews leaving? 👀
