  2. Thank you for the update on your injuries. Im sure its not easy going through all this in pain and still sharing it all with us.
You and Amanda looked so beautiful with your hats on in the park. Im glad you celebrated together. I would love to know about the few stones and crystals you chose to put out on the blanket. Sending you some good energy for your continued healing.

  3. Glad to see you are doing better. Amanda seems like a great friend to you. I follow both of you and you both seem real and if I lived in Canada I would love to hang with you both. Keep getting better!

  4. Physio exercise. Put your hand on the counter at your side. Squat. Repeat. Another one… Wall to your right side. Hand on the wall. With your fingers crawl up the wall. You’ll use some muscle, but most of the weight should be supported on your fingers as you climb up the wall. These exercises were a godsend for me. Why am I craving a berry vinaigrette dressing on my salad? Now I have to go berry hunting. Cheers from Vancouver eh!

  5. At least your gonna heal from it. I can't lift my arm permanently, bc I have arthritis, tendinitis, and bursitis in my shoulder. Loved the vid. Your blessed to have such a good friend.

  6. I know you probably get lots of advice but as a Massage Therapist I just need to say how important it is to get some massage ASAP, it might seem too soon, but blood flow is going to help in your healing sooooo much, and keeping that connective tissues from adhering and cause more problems like myofascial restrictions and trigger points! Just inform your therapist that you want to start out really light, if and when you decide to! I wish I was there, I would so hook you up with some treatment, I love that you’re pushing yourself cause that damn rotator cuff can turn into frozen shoulder fast if you don’t keep it moving, so good work on that! Loved the video, glad you’re feeling better, so happy to see you had Amanda and Frank for support and company! 💜🧙🏼‍♀️🌙🔮

  8. Hopefully you are healing up without any drainage from your wound.

Honey is also a natural antibiotic as a topical.

I usually try to keep a 10 day supply of a broad spectrum antibiotic on hand. Most Dr’s will prescribe such an amount when you are going into the backwoods or out to sea for extended periods of time. That could easily be a life saver.

  9. I hope you are able to get some medical massage therapy to help increase your shoulder mobility. I severely injured my right rotator cuff many years ago when a ladder collapsed under me. I grabbed a tree branch to break my fall. Massage therapy did the most to help me. I’m glad your other injuries are healing well. Friends like Amanda are a treasure.
