  1. This is wonderful! It is so good to see 3D printing being adopted by modellers, it will mean that more unusual and interesting parts and models can be made, and talented designers can make some extra money from their work when they have supporters or sell 3D files. This will be a big step forward in the modelling hobby, and you did and incredible job with this build.

Nice big ship model however I think we have a ways to go with 3D printer technology before it becomes widely accepted model building I could clearly see the 3D printer build up line or grooves on the finished model and I just don't know if there's an effective way of getting rid of those line maybe the resin style printer but as I understand it the resin are not as durable of a material as the styrene style 3D printers but I understand that the resin printers do not leave print lines

  3. Maybe solution to 3D print lines are that you 3D print all the internal model structure and then you cover that structure with styrene or vacuum form styrene for the finished outside surface so that you don't have those lines on the finished surface

  4. Hats off to WoW for doing this, wish they would offer more and I would even be willing to pay for the model! Given their greed I dont know why they are not already offering them!
