Been watching your videos for a few months now they’ve been very helpful. I’ve been a CCA for 2 months now and I like it. I just wanted to know when I get 2 days off a week instead of only one is it when I convert to PTF or not until I get my own route?
Anyone else being scheduled all week. and than an hour before your shift starts they call you off. ive bin having this issue now at my office for over a month. they schedule u . u get ready to walk out the door, and a text message comes in saying take the day off. they did this all last week and gave me 4 days off. its so shady.
That means they like you bro! Get 8 hours overtime and a vacation. Done the same thing many times and definitely appreciate management for being nice.
