  1. What about non cap visa processing.. even companies are harassing by changing the whole process of applying for visa.. we're not able to apply for extension with I 140 approval stuck in india this is too much.

  3. My younger brother is documentary qualified from NVC. My mom sponsors him, he is under 21 at the time of application. I think it's a f1 visa, now my question is how much time is required for the scheduled interview in the Pakistan embassy? Can anyone please give this detail?
