So "city property is private property" according to the cop. Then let the owners of "city properties " fund these buildings and not use taxpayers monies .
The citizen is correct. He's standing on "public" property. That brain dead Tyrant can't ask for his ID as he ( citizen ) is protected under the 1st Amendment "freedom of Speech" furthermore the officer can't Trespass this citizen, this must come from the city/town managers office first before brain dead officer can write this up.
It just seems that for the last month or so, law enforcement officials in and around Georgia, have been violating citizens civil rights left & God damned right! Citizens, please continue to record those "Red Neck" Tyrants ( police Can Not STOP You from recording ) and if they violate your rights, I strongly suggest you hire a damn good lawyer and sew the crap out of the town/city. Remember folks, the police Departments around the country are Not paying for these lawsuits, it is the towns & cities. In my view this "Qualiified Immunity" that the police have "Must be revoked" making any police Department in the country pay for their continued violation of citizens rights! Once this BS protections are changed citizens WILL see a drastic change in the way Tyrant police officers treat citizens. Police MUST be held accountable for their actions. Folks, don't just sit on the couch and read these reports, it's past time to take action & write your state/federal legislators. The police are NOT Gods, but they MUST change in dealing with the public. Thank you all to the honest hard working men/women in blue. 🇺🇸 As for those Tyrants protected by fellow officers/Chiefs, you ALL MUST be terminated and have your police certificate voided out for life.
