Dude, the Fed has been waiting for unemployment to rise as an indication the rate hikes are working and starting to drive down inflation. It wasn’t a surprise to the Fed, they wanted and expected it. They aren’t gonna cut for a very long time. If BTC is down, it’s a clear indicator that it’s connected to the broader economy and it won’t be recovering any time soon.
