Ultrakill | P-2 P-rank guide | PART 2: Flesh Panopticon and Sisyphus Prime

Finally, after many, many delays, I managed to get this monster out.
I hope I never have to do a one hour guide for a single level ever again.

WHY ISN’T THE VIDEO IN 4K?
I used to upscale all my videos so they wouldn’t get compressed to shit. It seems that once I passed 1k subs, my videos get processed 10x faster, and with less compression, so I’m gonna upload in 1080p from now on, I think. It causes less artifacts when I export my videos.
And THANK YOU to everyone for their support and for sharing my stuff around. I also love seeing videos and posts of people that benefited from my guides! I enjoy sharing other people’s success whenever I can.

*After rendering for an hour, and uploading for 3 and a half hours, I noticed I didn’t mute the music during the Space Dandy clip… FUCK IT. I can live with that, I just need this editing hell to be over

  1. Oddly enough, I easily beat Pisyphus the first time I got to him with P-rank requirements. Perhaps it’s because I’d already practiced beating him parry-only on sandbox, but I found the gauntlet a hell of a lot harder than the boss when it comes to p-ranking this level.

  2. there is a way to do the level backwards after the roof gained collision, with the door where you open the 3 locks there’s a bit in the roof where you can escape the level, but before that you want to open the boss door to load the arena, once you’re out you can go to the front left side of the panopticon arena you can trigger the boss fight then wait out the boss and either kill or scrindingulode him then trigger the door next to the elevator then go thru the shortcut backwards, the timer will freeze and you can get an easy p rank without worrying about style

  3. As someone who’s seen balance discussions online, what is your stance on deadcoining? Is it way too OP on dealing a hell ton of DMG without even giving the enemies a chance? Should it be nerfed to the ground since it came as an alternative from a previous coin-chaining tech which can instakill the corpse of Minos with a single coin by just punching it to the wall? Or is it fine to leave it untouched in the game for years of updates to come?

  4. honestly dude the easiest way to get rid of the orbs is to shotgun + knuckleblaster all of them its an instakill
still tho i do end up racking 50,000 style points if you also just use knuckleblaster + shotgun on sisyphus
at the end i just plop up all my coins and shoot them
    it gets the job done

  6. Looks like folks found Sisyphus' stamina values
    Harmless/Lenient – 6 on both phases
    Standard – 6 on phase 1, 10 on phase 2
    Violent – 8 on phase 1, 16 on phase 2

Parries restore 5 points to him

    Attack Stamina Costs:
    You can't escape – 3
    Destroy – 3
    This will hurt – 1
Nice try – (why does this consume 2 points?)
    Be gone – 1
    Roundhouse kick – 1
    Overhead spike – 1
    Divebomb – 1

  7. this was super interesting. thanks for the vid!

btw: surprisingly (or no?) sisyphus was much easier for me than minos… probably because by the time i got to our yellow man i guess i already sucked less. furthermore, and i'm a bit ashamed, on the successful run of p-2 it took me 4 tries to beat the panopticon, but sisyphus was defeated in the 1st try, lmao.
p.s. ur videos served as amazing motivation
