This is neat.
I like the look of this mod, but it seemed to have a fair few issues when I tried it a little while back, is it working better now I take it?
I think the movement was possible caused by entering the water from encamp stance, which caused the game to keep your reduced movement for some reason? Ulfric's changes to sailing stances may have caused some sort of hangup or scripting issue. Either way an interesting start, I really adore SCM's modded factions and how creative they are in making you play in whole new ways!
I was also thinking about playing as him in my own modlist, (that I had to spend 3 hours fixing and replacing mods thanks to the patch, now has 100+ mods!)
I like the Wolf guy best.
