  1. In response to Dom's totally justified misgivings, most of the drone attacks have been on unoccupied offuce buildings at night containing supposedly secret govt depts related to the war. Putting my Don Corleone hat on, these dtone strikes could be paet of a multi layered psyops plan. The gen population sees the drone getting through and think "What next". The security forces see them getting through and think: "How much do they know?" These people are more interested in saving their own skins than serving their country, so they will start polishing off their exit strategies. A third explanation, which Dom hasn't mentioned, probably so as not to further muddy the very muddy waters of speculation, is that these drones might be the work of Prigozhin or someone like him, who is out to ruin the Russian MoD's credibility prior to siezing power themselves.

  2. Zero Russian civilians killed via drone. So, I think they’re being pretty careful in their targeting of gov buildings, weapons factories, military facilities, oil facilities, etc.

  3. The fact that there’s been far more celebration & laughter at the drones bothering Russian elites + they’ve elicited anger at the Kremlin rather than backlash against 🇺🇦 by Muscovites + Russians alike shows 🇺🇦 is being judicious/clever in its campaign.

America is being undermined by the left over RED communist Stalinist doctrine following MAGA rabble

  5. From the very beginning of the invasion in 2022, video of Russians have demonstrated the Russian lack of training in basics (for me, it was obvious in watching how their Infantry moved, handled their weapons, etc.). Evidently, it is not getting any better.

  6. When I trained 19D scouts on M901 ITV our spacing between vehicles in firing position was 400 meters apart in pairs. Admin road marches we always tried to stay out of the dust clouds from the ones in front.

  7. To Dom Nichols – Russia is the aggressor and started this horrific invasion of Ukraine. Why do people who are not fighting for their existence expect that Ukraine cannot do anything it takes to defend themselves because of some philosophical ideology and hand wringing. This rhetoric only encourages people like Putin to continue their evil and believe, perhaps rightly, that the west is weak. If the west had acted decisively from the start, instead of waffling and pretending to care, then this war would have ended and many lives would have been saved. Think again Dom.

  8. When have there been attacks on Russian civilian homes? All I have seen is pieces falling after being shot down, not intentional targeting.

  9. Russian officials have asked public employees to work from home on Ukrainian Independence Day due to the threat of drone attack in Moscow. This is what should follow.

Russia and Ukraine united on August 24th. Russian officials ask employees to work from home on August 24, in observance of Ukrainian Independence Day. Russian citizens are encouraged to stay home from work indefinitely, until Russia and the Ukraine are officially united. Go to the park and play football. Go for a walk in the country. Stay home and play video games. Sit on the beach. Go fishing. PEACE FOREVER OR FOREVER SUNDAY. A nationwide strike of the Russian workforce is requested until Vladimir Zelensky is accepted as the United Russia/Ukraine President.

  10. given that Ukraine seem to go for military targets, it is not their thing to go for civilian targets – I would say it was not from them, far more likely to be from Putin who clearly has form in this type of tyrranny.

  17. Dom questioned why the Ukrainians are using drones against Moscow. Could another reason be that it forces the Russian military to move more antiaircraft assets in and around Moscow and then perhaps fewer are available in occupied portions of Ukraine?

  18. Your information on BRICs is laughable. Who is going to supply the currency for BRICs? China or Russia both highly manipulated for each country? Sure. USD was adopted because the US does NOT manipulate it's currency. AND with the proposed expansion how will it actually every do anything?

  19. There has been a dramatic rise in Ukraine's number of dead, according to new estimates by unnamed US officials. The BBC's Quentin Sommerville has been on the front line in the east, where the grim task of counting the dead has become a daily reality. and that's from the BBC
