Boycott AC Shadows.
Guess this means they will have to achieve the same level of success as Black Myth Wukong to even see profit. At best, AC Shadows will probably only sell a little over a million.
So as business major grad it's truly baffling to see the amount of incompetence from management across an entire industry. 3:00 but it's absolutely mind-blowing to me that we consistently hear about execs blaming the CONSUMER for their issues. It's as simple as if you made a product no one wants to buy no one is going to buy it. Do SOME market research my God how tf did this many idiots manage to get to the top spot in all these companies?!?
NAH…Ubisoft is burning. NOT the AAA industry
I hope and i would laugh my butt off if they don't sell a single copy of this game in Japan because of the pure disrespect UbiSoft has done.
They doomed. 🤣🤣🤣
I think Elden Ring has sold over 25mil copies to date, hmmm…are they on to something? Maybe, just maybe, the recipe for success is GIVE THE CUSTOMER/FANS what they want! Easy win,but they refuse to do it 🙁
Instead of spending money on removing criticism – maybe start delivering products your core audience wants?
Games are for entertainment. People play games to relax and enjoy themselves, not to be preached at. Western mainstream section has become more of a propaganda machine rather than entertainment. They've been yelled at multiple times to not do it, yet they are so stubborn to continue their titanic-like course. Worst part is how they handle the livelihoods of their own employees by taking unneccessary gambles. Gambles that have repeatedly proven themselves. Treating the jobs of their own employees as throwaway pawns. It's beyond appaling.
RIP Ubisoft in 2025
How much will hexen need? 20 million to break even?
"Gamers have unrealistic expectations of our incompetent junior-level developers". Fify
They say it costs more, but most sales are digital, that cut costs of making a package, making a disk, shipping a disk. Also, maybe make an original game, Ubisoft, you can't keep producing the same stale formula over and over again. Also make sure games don't have bugs. There are so many bugs in games now. I won't buy games when they come out when I know I can get a better version of the game on sale a year or two later. If you want people to buy more games at release, maybe finish the game before you release it.
Valheim made by 5 people cost 250k sold over 8mil copies and still have over 25k players playing right now its a good proof that Ubisoft/EA i spending way to much money on crap that dont improve the their games
Aaaaaaand Boned.
not gonna happen this franchise is Dead
10 Million!!! Holy! Unless they make a game like Baldurs Gate 3 or Wukong I dont think thats happening. I cant with Ubislop. lol.
How about AAAA games?
I hope it fails! Lol
whatever happens, I'm not playing assassin's Creed anymore. thanks for ruining it Ubisoft… and definitely will not play this one.
Good luck ubisnot
Here is a crazy wild idea!!! Make better games, make better profit 🤷 y'all focus on useless shit how about you worry about the games story then worry on how we can make a game woke and for those who says live service is the future has never really talked to gamers….lol
It is easy to spend money. It is hard to spend money effectively. I think they've completely missed the boat on this one. I'm surprised they've survived this long as a company. I don't expect them to see next Christmas.
3:47 Bruh I’m aggravated. That fact that I’m an 3D Animator, been trying to get in the industry for 5 years, only to be rejected and seeing companies like Ubisoft fall about due to bad business practices. Funny that I applied to Ubisoft for a junior animator position a while back. Only for the executive to say the game is terrible. I guess bullet dodge 🤷🏾♂️
it's very to sell 10 million and eve 20 million if they done it right.
Japanese protagonist in Japan with amazing story.
but no they were busy with woke that kill the sales, nobody want BLM in ancient Japan.
in the Words of Warmaster Horus: "Let the Galaxy burn."
If this executive knows that it's impossible to reliably sell so many units, why has he allowed these games to be so crap and over produced 😂
Isn't this that guy who said gamers need to learn from their games? Now they just need to find 10 million of ppl who want to pay for getting schooled in their free time.
Feels like sending a lvl 01 character against the final boss without EXP or equipment.
What are they thinking ??? Not even fking 1 million !!!
