  1. There should NOT be a minimum wage to begin with, much less one tied to inflation. It is up to the potential employee to decide what his skill set is worth form his POV and to negotiate with the employer who decides what the job he wants done is worth to him. Thus, if the job that needs to be done is valued to low by the employer, he will not get someone to fill it, and if the potential employee values his shills to highly, he will not find an employer willing to hire him. Technically, the minimum wage is supposed to represent the wage to be paid to a totally unskilled employee, as they are taught the necessary skills to perform the job required, which is only supposed to last until the "probationary period" is over and the requisite skill set is acquired. ONE of the problems is that the employer decides he needs job X done, and hires for that, but then also expects the employee to do jobs TUVW and YZ as well, while the employee , who expected to be doing job X at the stated wage, now finds himself responsible for jobs he never agreed to perform at a wage that did not include them.

  2. It's just my opinion but I think a privatized police force would be a bad idea because then they could say that they are not public and we would lose our ability to cause them to be transparent about all their actions and duties

  3. There are no laws stating you can't film a child in public.. nowhere. And if you can see something or someone from public you can record it.. people just to try and pull the privacy and especially the minor cards .. what is the difference between me with a cam or a car with a cam.. bottom line.. it is because of there being a person holding the cam that causes attention to be drawn to them
