  2. For some of the coastal communities because the water temperature is only in the mid to upper 60s. We can have a little bit of relief, but I think it’s still gonna get steamy with heat combine to the humidity It could feel like 100°+ well inland. Hopefully by next week Tuesday and Wednesday that the temperatures go down in the humidity goes down and get some comfort from some Canadian air.. is hurricane season has been one of the quietest since 2014 and 2014 we didn’t get our first name storm until July 1, 2014 and we were below average that year because of a strong El Niño. I think there could be Alberto in the next 24 hours. The chance I think of using more than 30 names storms this year is around 10 to 15% chance. I mean, I hope both of them stay relevantly weak we have to be prepared for any explosive or rapid intensification development because the sea surface temperatures are so darn hot. Let me tell you something in 1938 a killer category three hurricane May land fall on Long Island that nearly killed the actress Katherine Hepburn in Connecticut it’s been 85 years since we had a major hurricane. It’s very difficult for the Northeast have a major hurricane, but it’s not impossible. We are overdue for a for a tropical landfall it’s only a matter of when and not if it could happen any year. And since 1851 only three major hurricanes made landfall in New York. That’s the same as the state of Georgia And I think the Northeast is going to be in a tropical wildcard this year so we may or may not have tropical activity but time will only tell

  6. I am watching radar its 2:30am on WED, and still no rain in land in TX, most of it still out in the gulf, Houston and Galveston getting some light rain. I think most of you weather people seem to be over reacting and beefing this up some. Not seeing anything remotely close to what you all are calling for.
