US railroads might have had fewer cars and locos in 1940 vs 1918, but both cars and locos were of higher capacity, individually, in 1940 than in 1918.
We mighta found one of those Dictator shells when building a sand box in the 80's, this cannon ball was a bit bigger then normal size, we got rid of it immediately, cant recall where to.
