  4. Starting from 13:35 you mention that you avoid seed oils and only use butter to cook. Are most butters safe for our testosterone? Or is there an ingredient I should avoid while choosing my butter?

  5. Signed up for the gym yesterday, I have just a little bit of muscle mass and are something between skinny and skinny fat. I am a little bit afraid of my first training today, that I'm gonna be judged by the other visitors etc. Did you have the same feeling when first time hit the gym?

  6. Hi Jack, so just today my pet cat died due to getting attacked by some animal in the middle of the night. I’ve been doing so well in every area of my life but not I’ve been knocked back a lot by losing such a big part of my life. I’m just curious on your advice on how to cope and begin progressing again
