Toxic Evolutionary Is Frustratingly FLEXIBLE | Marvel Snap

I’ve been getting several questions about if High Evo should be their next card purchase or some other card. High Evolutionary has been incredibly impactful since his release and shows no signs of slowing down. Between afflicting the opponents cards, buffing yours, or just slamming solid power on the board he is a staple now for several archetypes. Based on the stats that we have and my own play experience he is one of the most influential and impactful cards to be released in a longgg time. Today we are covering another fun way to leverage his ability with an affliction/float hybrid deck. We are seeing much less wave in the meta which means it’s safer to lean into bursting multiple cards on T6 in a lot of matches. Use Hazmat, abomination, and she hulk to steal locations that your opponent thought they had locked down.

  1. When have they ever hit a deck like they hit Evo lockdown with the Spider-Man nerf? They took 5 power away from the deck! Yet didn’t address the much more toxic Spider-Man Galactus interaction. What is happening at that company?

  2. Thanks for sharing this list! Just used it to make the final push to infinite after having some trouble climbing with my Evo Control deck because of the changes to Spider-Man.

  3. this deck is fun but i rly enjoy having debrii, wave, and doom instead of rogue, thing, and she-hulk. debrii stops galactus, wave stops bounce/sera, and doom does like the opposite job of hulk so the turn 6 play is very versatile

  4. Have been playing a similar deck since HE came out. Instead of Thing I was running Magik (didn't see anyone else with a HE deck running her), because Thing feels awful in the mirror, when they have Luke Cage and instead of Rogue either Enchantress or Shang-Chi, but I think Rogue is way better!

  5. I tried the similar list recently, though I was more focused about the "trash" component – Debree, Green Goblin… also this is probably the only version worth running Abomination…

Now this deck goes a little "higher" than the Trash version I was running, but I would still probably keep Debree just for those pesky Galactus players. I don't see them often, but they still want to destroy your day, dreams and other two lanes 😀 Presumably for Rogue?

  6. This is the best high evo deck alongside lockjaw thor in my opinion. The control deck is nerfed now and very boring and telegraphed.
