Fairytales all … IRL laughable misery.
The M-25 Sonic Boom is very ironic from my British perspective… The M25 motorway is more a Car Park and well, yeah.
Officially the Soviet Union ceased to exist in 91’ ! And Russia is poor in people! Because of their mindset ! Plus far more !
It is people! It is people! Is a near truth as a saying!
What is a Bommer?😜
US is gonna die soo eh
Speaking of Soviet planes. You should do a video on the Antonov AN-218. An abandoned wide body plane that was supposed to take to the sky in 1994 but never made it because of severe economic conditions facing post USSR Ukraine and the closest thing we got was a wooden replica. Rumor has it that in 2014 it was dismantled and buried some where with the blueprints. There were three models the 100, the 300 which was the shortened body and the 400 an extended body. They even made pins and calendars for the 218.
Some atomic age fevor dreams in here.
That T-4 is a US Valkyrie.
Dude you've gotta start watching your videos back a second time before you post them. There's SO MANY pronunciation errors/misspeaking issues in this it really took me out of the vid.
screw the airplanes what about the monkey soldiers?
The T-4 Sotka looks like the American Valarie
Russian Sci-Fi non ever built – and they never had anywhere technology or money to build them. Just like present time.
The oligarchs were just too greedy and undermined Russia's security for their own pockets.
Will never be built so why even talk about it
"But this wouldn't be the only aircraft you could hear coming"
But if were traveling at or past mach 1, you wouldn't be able to hear the M-25 until after it passed 😉
Wow, the Sotka looks an awful like how the filmmakers envisioned the Firefox…
The M-4MS Bomber is a Hypersonic Giant but it is smaller than the TU-160 White Swan
My favs are the DSB-LK Darkstar and the T4 MS, they look soo friggin cool… I really wish they were built… They look quite simillar to the SR-72 and they're sexy as heck
3 powerful motor engines?!
I actually have heard of some of these projects, lol these military history channels inapired me to start playing this game called modern warships. They do a good job of including concept machinery/weapons either modern or in history
7:12 "Explicitly" is mispronounced. The 'c' is supposed to sound like an 's' just as in 'implicit' and 'explicit'. You probably got it confused with the word 'inexplicably', which means without explanation/understanding. By comparison, 'explicitly' means stated exactly without need for interpretation/inference.
Too much corruption all junk
I didn't enjoy how vague the information was and how quickly you went through each aircraft in this video.
I get that you are trying to hit that "golden zone" for video length, but I think you could have made it 5-8mins longer and included a bit more information on each aircraft..
Hopefully you make or already have an individual video on each of them.
Fun fact the CEO of antonov has announced that they will Be finishing the 2nd AN225 that is currently sitting in a hanger
Why do I have a mental image of Khrushchev watching Thunderbirds in the Kremlin (on a great big 16 inch screen) and getting on the phone to the Government Aircraft Factory?
Imo the M-25 sonic boom is the winner for most inetesting project
mine is the russian version of the blackbird, it just looks so cool in my opinion. 🤩🤩🤩
I still love the su47
Helicopters use an awful amount of power to lift mass into the air. 'Helicarriers' are the ultimate imaginary expression of that wastefulness. Avengers' plagiarised Kerry Conlan's Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow on that one, in a much more joyfully original story, btw.
The real ticket is diridgibles. Only status quo inertia and self-centred corporate survivalism prevents these wonderfully efficient machines from dominating the skies again. You'd think our pixel-mad Wizard From Oz would have virtualised one by now. Australia's Outback has enough sunshine to help fill Aussie skies with them. All that surface area of photovoltaics? Anyone would think the oil industry wants us adicted to hydrocarbons forever. They couldn't be that suicidal, could they? We should call John Howard to find out, eh? Or…..Peter Garrett!
And Russia already shot them down thinking they where from the Ukraine
Cool beans. 🙃
Nice video, though the narrator sounding wistful that the Soviets didn't do better was a bit odd. The videos could also be improved if the narrator worked on his diction.
My favourite Russian project that never took off was the Ekranoplans ,aka Caspian Sea Monster. A plane with the payload capacity of a boat.
Jerry Anderson would be proud! I can see most of those designs in a "Thunderbirds" episode!
Russian Engineers are very talented people.
Russian dictators are brutal, corrupt scumbags…
I love that you added black smoke to some of the aircraft to highlight the lousy Russian engines ! LoL
i like the video, you should do the this except with the Germans that you've covered previously.
So lemme get this strsight…you can pronounce "Sukhoi" pretty well, and your "Antonov" is decent, but you don't know how to pronounce a relatively common English word like "explicit"? Weird.
How to make new video without making new video? Use your old ones 🙂
t-4 an obvious copy of xb-70 Valkyrie
Track suits that can blend into their environment
5:15 Tail-sitting aircraft patented by Tesla? How can you have made that dumbass statement after all the research you've done for your huge library of content?
i love this type of video! maybe you should do one like that on Luft46 designs
Russia is a third world country with an imagination beyond belief.
Interesting, but I miss the Spiral project
Seems fitting that the Russians would Destroy one of the Few Soviet feats of engineering. Looking forward to the Destruction of the Rest of what’s Soviet made
ДА СССР СИЛА И СОВРЕМЕНАЯ РОССИЯ ТОЖЕ СИЛА
The built-in advertisement ruined the documentary. I won't be back
Funny, it looks EXACTLY like a B-58 Hustler
