Me being from the south i would have working for MCA Lynyrd Skynyrd ive seen them when they got back together in Dallas Texas with their 3 guitar attack great show , i would have Rock and Roll Led Zeppelin thats what they usually opened with would have to go with Paul Rogers either with Queen i want it all or just Bad Company Bad Company and maybe i didn't get to see Led Zeppelin but I didn't see Robert Plant and Jimmy Page they opened with the Wanton Song Pink Floyd is a good choice The Scorpion s killed the show stolen from Van Halen but it really wasn't fair lost his voice and The Scorpions back in the day were hard to get on stage after they played i saw ACDC in a little place in Shreveport Louisiana that was a killer show can't remember the opener but i do remember it gets hot down here in the summer for some reason the AC went out at Hirsh Memorial Collusium i was sweating through my blue jeans killer show
Led Zeppelin opened with Immigrant Song as the sun was setting… seing the video sends chill up and down my spine. I wasn't even alive when they did this, but is the most powerful opener I have ever seen.
Take off Black sabbath. is absolutely unbelievably that you put them in this list… forgetting a lot of other much better opening songs in opening air concerts… ELP; Rammstein; DOORS; Genesis… etc etc etc
Gotta agree with Perry B. However after playing the epic Southpark Episode of Carmen taking the lead as “Getty Lee” Carmen cues the final attempt of Tom Sawyer with “A 1, ah 2 then BAAAAAAAAAAaaammm Mmm crowd erupts! My favorite
I only agree with AC/DC and Metallica being up there. Definitely needs TOOL and Queen. Maybe Marilyn Manson and Slipknot! But I would place Rammstein above all. They have a fantastic show!!!
35 years ago I was 35 and I was at the monsters of rock Donington 1988 It was time for the final Band enter IRON MAIDEN with MOONCHILD I was only 60 feet from the front and the roar of the crowd had to be heard to be believed there’s some poor you tube footage but there’s also some Brilliant audio on you tube too. Have a listen through headphones I swear even now it makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.
I've been to a lot of concerts. I'd say pink floyd the Wall at Nassau Coliseum has to take my # 1 opening spot. Page/ Plant at msg in 95 opening with the Wonton Song comes real close. 😎
AC⚡️DC is my all time fave… I was in High School when Back In Black came out and it is still the top selling album with over 50 million copies sold
F U C K ! Awesome
Van Halen… Running With the Devil
Judas Priest…Electric Eye
Scorpions…the Zoo
Iron Maiden…the Trooper
Kiss…Detroit Rock City
Why not name the bands that block you do to copyright restrictions?

I agree with Black Sabbath
My tuner always says D# lol
Don't forget about Geezer Butter one of the best bass players of all time
Audience participation- "You've been, thunder fucked!"
"I watch porn from the USA!"

A good list to be sure but it’s missing Judas Priest with. The Hellion
Are you a junior? I knew a Michael Palmisano in the 70s in Arizona.

Alice Coopers Hello Hooray first written, and used as the opening song for the Billion Dollar Babies tour. It is still used as the opening song today.
Ac⚡️Dc opening was phenomenal! Watching the crowd all bounce at one motion is priceless! It isn’t as awesome as Queens Radio GaGa!
Enter sandman at a virginia tech football game needs to be a bucket list for everyone.
Micheal, well done 👏
This is the first one of your videos I have watched.
Very refreshing. I have watched other creators who make these types of videos, and finally someone who doesn't think rock started in the 80s.
Plus, bonus you are a musician and gasps the subtle nuance of song writing and Performance!
I have subscribed 💯 yes! Absolutely yes!

Just found this. Good choices. I love how you explain Born in the USA. It always cracks me up when political rallies use this some. They have no clue.
